I think the main benefit of this set up is if you get a fix-it ticket for no front license plate, you can mount this, show proof and get your ticket written off and either leave it on with the license plate hidden underneath or remove it without having to drill holes on the front of your bumper.

also you can cruise with the plate on it around town and tuck it away when you are doing meets and shows
if I had a front license plate ( dunno where the snap it is) I would be all over this lil doohicky

This could be a godsend for them, and they won't even worry about how much of the bracket shows. They might even agree to do a beta test.

there's a shop out in here in so cal/ woodland hills that sells and installs that type of plate, they can even make it motorized/remote controlled....
