It'll need spacers at the front cause the M5 fenders are wider than a regular E60. I put Radenergie R10s from my old 545 onto my M5 when I first got the car and put on 20mm spacers to bring them flushed to the fenders. Depending on your taste, you can probably go with a bit less spacing.

 

yes you right..so for those people that wanna put this wheels on your M5 need spacers for about 15 to 20mm.
