I didnt have sports package. I actually had coilovers so i lowered it even lower than sports package and that rubbed only with a 2 people in the back.
Rubber is great. I used the rims exactly for 7,544 miles with tires. It definitely has plenty of tread left and i only drove it in summer/spring weather. Never in the snow or pure cold.
