Hello,
I paid ~! $300 more then I am asking. I had to pay 7% sales taxes + shipping + wheels tire installation and balancing + 3 months waiting for the rear tires (back order).
I am not trying to make any money of this..
It's a real bargain for some local buyer and it's a good deal +$ shipping. Few guys are interested to see them on the weekend. If not they will end up on e-bay.
I was told by BMW Parts that from next month the prices for German patrts will go up over 12% due to the weaker $$.
Thanks

I hear you on price. Unfortunately when something flowes through a private seller the price typically gets knocked down to a "used" type price. Some of it comes from the loss of the warranty/recourse. It's a lot of money for a very critical car part of your car that can have a lot go wrong. The buyer would have really no warranty or recourse since they bought it from you and not a business. Obviously you would have had warranty from the company you bought it from.......in the event that something didn't roll right, created a wobble/noise or a crack was noticed.

Can you return it and just pay a restocking fee? or get a credit to buy some other type of part/accessory?

Actually, I purchased the wheels from my local BMW dealer parts department and the tire were on back order trough Tire Rack. I spoked with BMW and Tirerack and the warranty of the wheels and tires are transferable to the buyer as long as receipts are available. Thanks

Guys, I just bought this setup and have paid just about the same price. The price is accurate. I do not know the seller, just stating fact. These wheels and tires are brand new. GL on the sale.

We all know that $2300 is how much it actually sells for. Figure $600 for tires from tirerack + $1700 shipped for the wheels from Garry Romani = $2300. The seller needs to lower his price a bit to attract more buyers.

Thumbs down

Dear "Senior" Member - Since March 2008
I would suggest you to do some wheel /tire price research before you make any incorrect statement like this ?

Thanks,

You won't be able to purchase this set of tires for $600. I did purchase them from Tirerack . You missing shipping + installation + balancing+ Nitrogen in your estimate.
Thanks
