Ok so I am trying to get out of my lease because I have to get a 7 seater the '08 X5.
You can either buy it off from BMW financial, or take over my lease.
If you are interested in purchasing, please email me for a payoff quote.
Lease information:
$4,900 Security Deposit is collected by BMW financial to bring the money factor down. This security deposit will be refunded to you upon end of lease.
Original lease term is for 36 months, date lease ends Jan 22, 2010. 15,000 miles per year.
Monthly payment is $758
Vehicle information:
2007 BMW 530i
Color: Black Sapphire
Interior: Black with Anthracite Maple wood trim
Transmission: Steptronic
Mileage: 7,200 miles (with avg. of about 1,300 miles per month left for the remaining 29 months).
Options:
1. Factory installed M-Tech full body kit.
2. Sport package (18? OEM wheels with original tires @ 99% new, 20-way adjustable front seats with memory, Bluetooth? wireless communication for hands-free mobile phone)
3. Premium package (Dakota Leather upholstery and door trim, auto dimming mirrors, 3 button universal garage opener)
4. DVD BMW Navigation system with controller with voice feedback, Voice Command System and Real Time Traffic Information. MP# CD player.
Aftermarket parts:
1. Black 20? wheels with deep dish (Tire pressure sensors installed)

Oh one more thing I forgot to mention, the lease monthly payment $758 included Tax. Also included the (I forgot what they call it, but it basically covers any scratches, dents, dings, etc, anywhere on the car. When lease ends, you basically just return the car and walk away from it) program BMW offers.
