I have a pair of lightly used Bruce Miranda V4 cables for sale. The previous owner I bought them from NEVER installed them. I bought these earlier this year so these cables have been used for only 7-8 months, that's it.

I have never had an issue with these until about a month ago when I got an idrive error stating "Left tail lamp malfunction". I disconnected the wires and reconnected them and have not had an issue since. Maybe Bruce or another member can chime in and explain what was the cause. It probably won't be an issue, but I just wanted to inform any potential buyer.

Anyway, I just purchased a set of V6 cables and no longer need these. I paid $170 for these earlier this year and I'm looking to sell these for $110 shipped OBO. A good deal for someone who wants to upgrade to LCI tail lights without spending a whole lot.

Thank you for looking.

what is the difference between the V4 and V6?

I know V6.1 has the Ricky's brake effect but there are just too many versions out there.

I just read a post Bruce made detailing the differences. I'll look it up and will post it in a min.

EDIT: Here's the link: Explanation of different versions of Bruce Cables

Do you still have these cables? I have a 2004 545i, I have the OEM LCI tail lamps. Is the upgrade plug and play with the Bruce cables? Will I need coding? Thanks in advance.
