Yup, the system is aft of the catalytic converter. RPI makes one system for the 550i. They have pictures on their site.
The RPI will be available early next week after I have the stock one put back for the trade-in.

No. The hangers are in slightly different places.

You dont even think with modification? I've never seen a 550i exhaust up-close though but I do know they make diff ones for all the various motors
