Hey Matt, do you have a sound clip of your old exhaust setup and any pictures from underneath the car? I love the way those Sebring tips look! Did you use an x-pipe to split the mufflers and did AAA Mufflers do the cutting on your bumper? And how much did your exhaust setup cost? Parts and labor? Thanks!

My Ride: 08 550i sport carbon black, on black with bamboo wood sport package, head up display, active steering, comfort access, gps w/ real time triffic, lane deviation, cold weather package, premium sound, ipod and usb connection, power rear window shade, sirius radio. MODS: 19" HRE 543Rs, remus catback, tinted windows

i dont have a sound clip nor any pictires, sorry. No x pipe, i think they just split the pipes somehow after the resenator. they had to slightly bend in the muffler on the passenger side because something is in the way. and yes AAA did cut the bumper. call over there and i think it should be between 700-1000 for the quad setup. they have many different options for the sound you want and they will let you know whats best.

HAHAAHHAHAHHAHA... this thread is great. Supposed to be about his wheels for sale, but tuned into info about the exhaust. Hey Matt, the next time make sure to just show picks of the wheels and not any of the exhaust.

BTW, AAA exhaust is THE BEST exhaust shop! They modified my RDSport quads to properly fit the M5 bumper.

Speaking of exhausts, I finally got a reply back from Carrozzeria and they told me the right side is non-functional.

To quote Andy (who replied to my email), "The quad exhaust set up on that particular 5 Series was a custom exhaust. It was a non-functional exhaust on the right side."

Can you clarify Matt? You mentioned the right side was not a dummy, but in fact an actual muffler?

For the dual Remus setup the right side IS a dummy. It's just a pipe that connects to the single muffler, then out to the right side (similar to the Eisenmann quad). It's not a complete dummy--it does blow air.

i dont know what they were talking about. aaa does a fully custom job using universal remmus mufflers. i had one muffler on the left and one on the right with two tips stemming from each. both sides equally functional.

now will somebody pleaaasseeee buy my wheels!!!!!!!!
