I have a spare SA430 folding mirror switch for E60/E61 with LHD car trim. Button which is a separate component from the trim is same between LHD and RHD E60/E61, it is the trim which changes.

This retails for a £87.16 including VAT in the UK. Trim is another £30 or so. Both yours for £50 + delivery OVNO.

I believe you need this setup to make it work with the M5 mirrors - that little push button switch is what enables the auto-fold.

 

Yes, it can fold all electronic folding mirrors. Part number is 61 31 9 122 111 for the buttons.
