Lomag gave me permission to post this info on here:

I can't afford gas for my new M5, so I need some cash fast! LOL!!! Just kidding.

But seriously, I have had this watch sitting in my gun safe for 3 years now and have absolutely no need for it. I purchased it "pre-owned NEW" in December of 2004, wore it twice and that was that.

I have a 2-tone Blue/Gold Rolex Submariner that I do wear, and it's all I really need...has sentimental value, whereas the GMT Master II was just an impulse purchase, one of my many, kind of like the M5.

If anyone wants this sucker, let me know and I can end this auction early....as long as I get funds prior. You can use Paypal if you want, but those leeches will just take more of my money. I'd prefer money orders, but I leave that up to you.

I didn't realize how rare this watch has become. I guess it's been discontinued recently. This similar watch is going for $5K up to $6K on eBay, so my price is quite a deal.

It's a real beauty and in almost perfect condition, MINT!!! More pics listed here! Contact me for info or pics!

Dave

That's a darn great deal!

I'd jump on it if only John hadn't listed me on the Hamann splitter group buy

Looks to be in excellent condition. Good luck with the sale!

Should I raise the price???? I haven't researched the price trend on this watch since I bought it, until today of course. I can see it may have been quite a good investment after all...better return than most of my stocks in 3 years! Maybe I should keep it!??!! Nah

DrLev99,

You really must work on self-control ... next thing you know you'll go buy one of those X6's and lock it in the garage for 3 years .

Funny you would mention that!! You don't know the half of it! Here's one though: I had a 2000 Hardtop Corvette, one of only 1900 made that year, give or take, and I sold it in 2003, after 3 years....with 3000 miles on it! What a waste! I could never drive it because I worked in a crappy section of the city and drove my 2nd car. And when I wasn't working, I wasn't really going many places, so it was basically a Sunday driver. It was a beast, but it was another one of my many impulse purchases.

For the last 4 cars I've owned, I had a different NEW car for at most 10 days before each one of them!! Hopefully my trend won't continue with this new M5!

Oh....Did I mention I used to be a licensed firearms dealer on the side, years ago? I think I was up to 33 semi-auto handguns at one point....buying and reselling. I think I still have 12 left. I am going to start selling them too....for more gas money!!! But seriously, I just don't have any use for most of them. Anyone need a Glock 19, Sig P229 or P228 or H&K Compact USP 9mm? All New or Like new? Of course, I'd have to ship to a licensed dealer first.

I've got 2 totally custom Colt Officers model 45's, both done by a gunsmith in Seattle....both with checkered grips, Novak sites, and all of the custom inners and goodies. Robar did the finishes, Roguard Black slides with NP3 teflon, nickel colored frames. They are real sweet...my twin girls!! I am keeping them, though.
