In case you didn't read the original post, the guy said he would pay him the "NEXT" day. This wasn't a unclear, maybe sort of thing. They agreed upon next day, and the seller goes and sell it to someone else without any notification. That's just wack.

I disagree. If the seller agreed to wait, then he should have waited. If he's not comfortable with it then he should have noted that if another buyer came up then there's a chance he would sell it.

After reading all of this, I would like to hear the other side of the story...No offense to the OP,but there is always 2 sides to the story...There can always be a play on words!!! But if he told you 100% he would hold it for you, he should have done it....Now if he said he would try and hold it for you, then thats another story....Its always hard to wait, but if you committed, then you should stick by your word....Then you tell the other people pending sale and I'll let you know by a certain date if the buyer has not sent funds....
