Yes, the iPod interface is OEM and includes the cover for where your CD Changer used to be. I've provided the part number for all of the OEM Accessories.

Sorry about the dumb question, but will it work if I do not have the OEM CD changer on my car?

I'm not sure. There are two different part numbers listed and I'm not sure of the difference.
