That's exactly it. It's one kit that was already purchased and returned after restocking fee.

FYI - it's not us, it's Lightwurkz's deal. He just uses our logo to help him identify the parts better for customers.

The guy didn't realize what was involved with the order. It's basically NEW, but since the restocking fee lowered the price.
