Hello,

I am selling my 5 series and have a set of pre-LCI OEM xenon headlights which have been rewired internally to work on pre-LCI halogen equipped cars. These are literally plug and play - the only thing you would need to do is add an earth with to your cars harness with the other end of the earth screwed into a bolt - such as one of the headlight bolts.

I purchased these from member paulmc after he sold his car and he purchased them from member chesney72, who got them from Dav530d (who originally done the rewiring).

These are an excellent upgrade to the crappy halogen headlights. I will supply the original 4300k xenon bulbs as well as the 6000k bulbs I upgraded to.

These are error free and you are more than welcome to contact any of the other members to confirm they had them and they work. I must admit I did have issues when I first got them from paulmc but managed to figure this out as being an issue with my light control module. Also, one of the lugs on one of the headlights broke but was repaired by chesney72 with strong glue. It is solid and does not affect fitting.

I am looking for £350 including UK postage.

Here are some pics of the lights:

The repaired lug:

Here are a few pics of the lights on paulmc's car. The last two pics show the earth wires (blue wire on one side and brown wire on the other side) and you can see which bolts they are attached to.

I cannot emphasis how much of an upgrade these will make to your halogen equipped cars
- both in terms of visibility and looks.

Any questions please ask and anyone who is serious about getting these can come and test them out on their car.

Collection is also welcome.

I got intermittent parking light error when the xenon headlight would be on. It wouldn't come on that much so I lived with it. As far as your car is concerned, I cannot say if you will get errors. It is highly unlikely in my opinion considering the previous three people who had these lights had no issues. I am pretty sure the issue was just my car as I have tried to retrofit several different lights and always had one problem where as other members would have no issues.

The headlights come with the original angel eye bulbs.

I see, but the lights work fine? no flashing or strobing always come on as they should? Do you think the lights will be ok if i change the AE's to led?
