yes, but you are not be able to run the standard M size tires without rubbing occuring

recc'd size without rubbing for non M e60's:

245/35 F
275/30 R

even leaves room for 10-12mm spacers on the rears (with sport pkg equipped)

And he's good at boxing them up and shipping them cross country. I speak from experience.
