Man, Jack, why did you send as gift?

It's pretty hard to win disputes for if you sent payment as gift.

Cause the seller didn't want to pay the paypal fee of 3%.

Man makes me think i should of not done that.

Seller has contacted me and issue resolved for now till I get my bulbs.
