Does anyone know where to buy OEM 166's for a good price? The dealer wants $1600 set.

thats a pretty good price for the set. im looking to buy the same rims and the best price i have found is Garry from bmw of newport. for the set and bmw caps i think it was $1,660. quad m was $1,899 i think. so if you can get $1,600 flat thats pretty good.

by the way what dealership did you go to in new york?

I've heard horror stories about bmwwheels.com. I recall a member on here 2 years ago that ordered OEM wheels from them and they came damaged. bmwheels would not do anything to help the customer out and a complaint had to be filed with the carrier, which of course, took forever.

As for Garry, I've ordered wheels from him before and they come in the BMW box and are protected extremely well. For an extra $60, I would do Garry...esp for peace of mind.

Garry quoted me the same price for 166 ($1495.50 to be exact) when I was trying to decide which wheels to get. Go with Garry. you won't be disappointed!
