need help with rim size...asap!!

Im planning on buy a set of rims off a 06 330i.

front: 19x8 with 35mm offset
rear: 19x10 with a 22mm offset
Bolt pattern: 5x120

Will the rims fit on my 04 525i?

My Ride: F13 M6

that front offset is too high for your non-xi e60. rear offsets are fine.
