It`s been 3 months since i started looking for a USED SMG transmission for my 2004 530i.
I purchased one 2 months ago from a place from Texas and it ended up it was a manual gearbox...no SMG. Now i`m still waiting to get my $$$ back. They lied to me for another month that i will get an SMG and the transmission is on its way so i called for about 2 weeks every day to get a tracking number and i was getting the same answer "i will cal you back in 5 min". So i decided to tell them that i`m gonna go to the Police if they do not provide me a tracking number or my money back.

Now i started looking again for an used SMG transmission that will work on my car. Please help! Any website etc etc will help.

I'm pulling my SMG trans this weekend. Its in decent shape. my SMG pump started acting up and we had a wrecked car in my body shop so i took the drivetrain out of it.

 

whats the millage on the car? What BMW is it? Can you send me some pictures and more details please? What`s your price?

I think his SMG is from an M5. not really the same as on a 530

Searching online i found one at this place Quality Used Transmissions but i don`t really trust these guys anymore. They say they have it in stock but when i asked for pictures or part number they don`t have pictures nor part number....which sounds weird to me.

 

OH. Yeah mine is for an M5. I read it after I posted and saw you meant for 530

 

Does anyone from Cali dealt with this place called Nu-Way Auto Dismantling?
