Mtech Front Bumper w/PDC

Hey guys, I purchased this Mtech front bumper over a year now and don't think I will be installing it on my car.
It needs a little work, has a few scratches from being on my garage roof for about a year. I'm asking $250, local only. I could deliver the bumper anywhere in the NYC area.
This is for a LCI, it has the side reflectors. Also, I dont have the mounting hardware, lower grill or ducts. This is just the bumper skin.
