Just took a detailed look at the bumper and I it looks as though it will need to be repainted and if you have PDC it will not be a problem to drill the holes back out. The internals still have the cutout ready to be drilled again. I will post detailed pics this weekend.

Bumper is sold! Still have all rims for sale. I've been getting a lot of requests for detailed pics of the rims so here they are. These OEM M5 Rims include TPS and Originial Center Caps.

Last Pics. The rims are absolutely mint. No bends or cracks. The two rear rims have a very small nick on each one which is pictured.
