moved into condo...
parting out car...
paypal dispute says no funds available...

must be in finacial trouble....maybe his car got repoed before he could part it out

Wow...I actually did a set of Xenon to Halogen headlight conversions for him and he was a pleasure to deal with. I hope he comes through for you guys.

the outdoor pic shows a normal IL plate, yet the indoor pic shows i think a dealer plate. maybe he was trying to hide his car from the repo guys.

I am in the same boat! I paid $550 for the lights and never received them. Then, he issued a refund thru payapl which did not go thru? Any suggestion?
