My Ride: (June '05) E60 530d Sport, Silver Grey, Blk leather, Auto, BT, Comms package, 6-disk multichanger,.......£1302 for a dealer fitted towbar.........
Hello All,
Posting this for a friend of mine. He's only had it a few months, but family commitments have changed so he has to sell and get something sensible.
Here's the spec:
5kmiles
2007/57, sep 28th
Silverstone II
Novillo Black Leather
19s
sliding Centre arm rest
6CD
Hi-Fi DSP
Bluetooth+BMW online Assist
Heated Front Seats
All other stuff std
Auto Dim Mirrors
Memory Seats with Lumbar Support
Extended Interior LED Ambient Lighting
Xenons
My mate's name is Iain, and he runs the company PitstopAutomotive in South Wales. Although this is actually 'his' car, and not one that he's trading (he's the first registered owner of the car).
If you follow the link you'll find the M3 on page 3.
He has it up for 51750 on the website, but he's told me to post it here for 51500.
Pitstopautomotive
PM me if you need anymore info/pictures.
Cheers,
Simon.

Amazing can't believe he is already getting rid of it.
Yeah I know. He's a car trader specialising in the more prestige market, so is used to having some exotic machinery. (has already had an M5, M6, along with every incarnation of an 911, Lambo Gallardo etc etc etc...).
But this was one of the few cars that he has ever ordered brand new for himself from a dealership.
But things change, and although he wanted to keep this for at least 12months, he says he has no option but to let it go.

I came back looking for a used E60 or something, LHD for my home country, this M3 post grabbed me, but unfortunately, its RHD. I would've grabbed it if it was LHD. Good luck tho..

Several reasons really.
I work in the semiconductor industry, and most of our projects are now in Dresden, which means I'm spending more and more time there each month. That means that the BM is stuck at the airport for 1 or 2weeks at a time. I would prefer to drive my wife's zafira and leave it at the airport, but she doesn't like driving the BM as it's too big for her to do the school run etc.
So, as the BM is now 2.5yrs old and still has some new car warranty left, it seems the best time to move it on.
Also, the 5-series isn't the most child friendly car for caravaning and beach holidays etc, so we're looking to buy the latest Honda CRV instead, which is something my wife likes and will keep drive during the week when I'm away.
For sure I'll miss it thought..
