What are the pop rivets holding in place?

 

I am not an expert? that is what the body shop told me. Said it is a easy fix. Its the part that holds the bumper flush on the rear that pops into the inserts on the actual car? Im not sure maybe someone else can help by looking at the pic.

Kinda hard to tell whats actually broken in that pic....im very interested and located in nj but im curious if it was a easy fix why sell?

 

Cause I got an OEM Rear from a crashed 5 for free! M Tech rear off a 550i it had scratches on it which were easily fixable so I went with OEM!
