Try to sign up for a fedex.com business account and shipping might be not bad. Only hard part is the stupid box. Box is huge! I had to make one.

Thanks Mike. I have a FedEx business account, which I used to ship the front splitter to Khooger in the past. The problem this time is the size of the front bumper box, which may result in excessive shipping charges. I'll double-check tonight and see.
if bmw part department charges 150$ for whole kits to send through fed ex... i dont think it would be that expensive..
