Hey guys, a while back I bought a set of headlights that were from an '06 M5 with Xenons and AHL. They didnt come with ballast and AHL modules. Does anyone have any for sale? The picture shows what type of ballasts I need.(they didnt match my '04 Xenons with AHL.) Thanks, Brad

I don't think that link will help you, those are D2S Ballast. From the headlights it looks like you need D1S ballast and Stepper motor controller (63127189312). I recently bought both pairs off ebay. I got one of each brand new for about $40 a piece. Search ebay and be patient if you want a good deal.

there's basically 2 styles of ballasts used on the E60. bmw changed the ballast style in 2005 i believe.

older style.



and the newer style.





looks like you need the newer style.
