Ipod adapter OEM

This is an ipod adapter was installed on a e60 2004.. i believe it shoud fit 04-08 even 09 not sure.. work perfectly and comes with everything.. thing part was on backorder a while back not sure now.. price is 200 shipped in US thank. email me trboda6@aol.com

does this work with the non-nav radio?

i have an 04 545i non-nav with logic 7 and the cd changer in the glove box. my radio as of right now does not support cd text/titles tho. do u think it will work plug&play?

im interested.

you got a 50/50 chance it might work. Pop in a cd formatted to play only MP3s into your cd player. If it recognizes and plays the mp3 CD you should be good to go for PNP. If not you'll need to code the sucker. Install takes about 2 minutes tho. pop out your CDC and plug in the Ipod interface in the same spot.

So does this unit being sold need to be programmed by the dealer after install?

You need to have the dealer reprogram it...I did it with mine.
