Uh...... how much? What is the original m5 tires? Dunlop? which?
Pics? Tread in %?
20k miles seems alot to me... at least i have run only about 5-6k KM i see alot of wears.
Maybe some pics would help.

the tires are the sport continentals.
actually the mileage might be less since the previous owner has a second set of wheels for winter.

NAPA sells a tread depth gauge for about $5. They might left you borrow one at the store.

They are probably not worth much of anything to sell given there is additional cost to remount and balance on another set of rims. But there is enough tread that you wouldn't want to just trash them. Like was stated earlier, put them on and get at least another 10k out of them.
