Can you explain the point of the trunk finisher? I've seen and heard many members on the forum speak of them. I'm sure this is a noob questions but I don't understand their function. It has the same shape as the OEM license plate area but it has a pocket for the plate. Is this an expensive license plate holder or does it have another function? Does it make the back of the car look better? Do you notice a difference with it installed? Do you have a pic side by side with/without the finisher? I didn't mean to jack your thread but you purchased one so I figured you knew the benefits of this part. Thanks in advance for any info.

Hey guys....I've gotten a few pms asking about the trunk finisher and if I can sell it separately. Currently I'm really just looking to sell the m5 spoiler and the trunk finisher together as a package to clear space in my shed.
