I bought this in America only 3 weeks ago for our holiday as it was much cheaper than paying for sat nav from the hire car company ($10-$15 per day).

This Garmin sat nav is highly reviewed and very easy to use straight out of the box. It is much better and quicker than my UK TomTom which cost twice as much. It is a slimline design and has really useful features like speed camera locations, speed limit indicator, free lifetime map updates, junction view, and Lane Assist, which I found is vital for America's 6+ lane highways. Cost $149.99 in BestBuy. It is ideal for trips or holidays to America and it will save you a lot of money and if you sell it on eBay when you return you can recoup your money!
