The regular E60s and E60 M5s use the same hood so yes, it'll fit. I recall the fitment was excellent on Jerry's (delje08)car. Not sure about the hood shocks. And yes, you can repaint it any color you choose.
I used my original hood shocks.
Tony i would not throw in the spoiler.

My Ride: Titanium 2005 545i with Mtech front bumper and sides, Hamman front lip, M5 trunk finisher, Umnitza Mtech rear bumper, Black and white roundels, Style 166 19" wheels, 35% tint all around, K&N filter with RPI scoop, AFE throttle body spacer, RPI GT Exhaust (finally)
How much lighter is this hood compared to the stock hood?
