Ya unlocked means works with Cingular. I have the same phone... a T-Mobile version of the V3 and I got it unlocked and it works with all Sim cards now. Including Cingular and Asia Over seas cards... what are they? 800MHz? Somthing like that.

My old razr cant charge my batteries anymore I dropped it one time to many. Plus I am going overseas and need a phone that is unlocked.
