I just moved to San Jose and the bumper looks great but I wish it had PDC

I wonder how much a bodyshop would charge to install the PDC on this bumper and if the savings would be worth it?

The bumper is still available for sale but the exhaust is sold.

The bumper will fit an 04? Wasn't sure if t matter for Pre-lci or not

Yes, it will fit an 2004 non PDC bumper. The bumper is still for sale if interested.
