Yes the WHEELS will fit however the tire combination might create some rubbing issues.. I personally have 20x8.5 in the front with a 245/35/20 however I know other members who run the 255 and are fine.. now I run a 20x10 in the rear with a 285/30/20 tire which is the same that he has however even my 285 tire is a bit to wide for my 20x10 I can't imagine how much extra tire it is for a 20x9.5.. so in conclusion I also had rubbing issues however I had my fenders rolled and everyhting was fine.. now keep in mind I am lowered on H&R sport springs and there is like no finger gap in the rear so these wheels/tires shouldn't be a problem with any E60 without sports package or aftermarket lowering.. also even the sports package I'm almost certain you won;t ahve a problem however if you go aftermarket lowering I can't say its hit or miss some with 285's rub some don't but most do so if your ride stock your fine iwth this setup but the lower you are the more chances of rubbing.. hope this helps
