Since your torque range is lower than at of a 530i or 545i the SB will be felt less. But it will still make a huge difference! Crisper, more responsive throttle.
And as for the MPG, it has remained the same fore me.

That is UNTIL you try one and know/feel the difference yourself. I thought the same way before I got one and now >>>>>>.........

You should have kept that SB for your M5. I had the automatic version on my M5 for a while before I switched it for the ///M version.
