Spray Tint or vinyl ?

 

Painted by a high end pro shop. They are done VERY nice. Frankly, I just caught mod fever....I had them on the car with my OEM 172s that I had painted black with a red pinstripe and they matched that look. Then I went with Avant Garde 355s (as you see on the car). THEN I dropped a ton of cash into a new set of 20" HRE P43SCs that are due to ship next week. They are brush clear, which will look much better with clear LCI tails and side markers. Soooooooooooo I went out and dropped another $700+ on new tails and side markers....yyyyeeessshhhhh...I took a beating. So, I just have no use for these. Sitting in garage and they need to go before I get any more "ideas"

edit: In fact, as I was posting these I just bought the M5 mirror glass listed in this forum from member umicchris....dang. Now I will be looking for the mirrors! This has GOT to stop! I'm afraid there is no cure.

Haha, I suppose that's one way to do it. You could've just taken gasoline to it and wipe the tint on the tails off. Probably would've only taken you an hour or two top to do.

 

hahaha...yeah I guess I could have. I am so deep in $ in this car I don't even notice spending on it anymore. It was a fun project for me and my 7 yr old little guy to do together anyway.

Did I mention that I am LAZY? lol!
