Rogue Octane SSK/WSR and Zeckhausen CDV, BMW illuminated shift knob, Delivered 4/26/06 - Ordered 3/18/06 from Otto's (the Best) BMW Dealership.

If you read the posts carefully, you'd see that no one was slandering you in any way. People just commented on the situation and suggested the alternatives.

I paid on 8/1 and you stated you would ship 8/2
You told me that it shipped 8/5
You told me on 8/26 that you overnighted it.
Today is 8/30 and I have no product and I have no refund.
I'm not concerned with how many people you've delt with on this forum. I'm concerned with how you've delt with me. There has been zero communication between the 5th and the 26th. There has also been zero communication between the 27th and today. If you are going to do something... Do it. Don't tell me you will shipped it, Don't tell me you did ship it, and don't tell me you overnight it.
I have no reason to believe you anymore. I've given you the benifit of the doubt several times and you have been unable to provide a tracking number.
If your "personal family issues" require you to steal a couple hundred of my dollars, then you need it more than I do.

Also in case you find yourself tied up in a situation stealing money from someone else on this forum or another, before you start quoting The People's Court... Slander is spoken and Libel is written.
Worth noting, it isn't considered Libel if it's true.
