I think they're about the same weight but maybe you can double check if you take of your R10s. The 20x9 VIP was 31.7lbs! I didn't get a chance to weight the rears.
As for fitment, the front on the M5s have a more aggressive offset due in part to the wider front fenders. I'm thinking the front wheels would stick out on your car. Check with Darwin.
