Just wanted to see if anyone would be interested. I prob. wont sell them till i buy my new wheels. Not in a rush either. I posted them up on CL for 2K.

Bought them from John (Dranged) a couple months ago. I slapped them on when I was in Cali, but these roads in DC aren't forgiving at all. I plan on rolling on some cheapies until I go back to Cali

no bends, no cracks, front right wheel got scraped almost 10 inches around cuz some douche tow truck curbed them when he was pulling my car onto the the sidewalk in DC. ( I didnt know I couldnt park by the Washington Monument at rush hour and they pulled my ride onto the sidewalk.) I touched it up with touchup paint and it looks aight. Not perfect by far, but since they are powdercoated Anthracite its hard to tell unless you are really looking close.

PPS ( I know I know... You are probably shaking your head at me John. It broke my heart when I saw what they did as well to them. The jerks even gave me a 100 dollar ticket! Talk about salt in the wounds)

For now yea... I couldnt bare to see the shiny steel yelling at me whenever i looked at my car. Im actually considering doing the whole "machine down the face" job to have that M3 inspired wheel look.

It may have been a little unorthodox but hey... Im a Marine.. I adapt and overcome.

Sometimes I even forget that its there, but its hurts that much more when I remember

 

Anyone considering buying these wheels will need the color code for the PowderCoating if they want to have them repaired and re-powdercoated.

stuff around the classifieds doesnt seem to be moving like it used to....so GL with the sale if you decide to sell them

 

They actually are in my top 3 choices. Kinda undecided on the whole issue. Very well may just end up wearing these until i head back to Cali. I still cant imagine how my car would look w/o them. Thanks AWG.

 

if your roads are as un-forgiving as my roads.. wait till you get to cali.. i hate the pavement lately! i dont know where my citys money goes with DOT but it certainly isnt onto the streets that we drive on daily! (done venting)
