Brand new OEM Sideskirts in Titanium Silver. Installed for only 5 minutes, the Body Shop realized they were OEM and not the M-Tech I ordered.........

I assume you mean these are brand new OEM sideskirts...that the body shop painted Titanium Silver. As opposed to sideskirts that were factory painted....??

As far as I know...there is NO way to get factory painted parts....bumpers, sideskirts, etc. I would expect that metal body panels would be that way, as they are painted at the car factory. But the bumpers, sideskirts, are painted at the factory where the bumpers & sideskirts are made....usually different from the car factory. So the bumper factory will have 500 Titanium Silver bumpers laying around waiting to be shipped to the car factory. It would be nice to be able to order one of those bumpers.
