Reason so cheap is

2 Rims had a crack/bend but was repaired/welded at wheel techniques. No issues after being repaired

Posted info in listing. I Honestly have no issues with it after being repaired. No vibrations or anything

I was referring to the one flat tire that was removed. I could have sworn that was not disclosed in the original post. It is there now and I stand corrected.
