bumper is brand new retails for over 700 at dealer.

my price = 400.00 picked up

brand new in primer. OEM, NON PDC, & PRE LCI

will post pics when i get home.

SORRY NO shipping. item is too big.

im located in los angeles near glendale.

Does it come with all other hardware such as air ducts, mounting brackets, mesh screen, etc...?

it does not have the mesh screen. all the hardware can be used from your original bumper. so in a long story short ull only need to buy a mesh screen
