Beautiful wheels - sorry about the circumstances. They're big... haven't seen too many 9.5 & 11" wide 20's on e60s. So, I take it you weren't anticipating any fitment issues on your lowered(?) 530 w/ those offsets?

no they will fit just fine, i have a 5mm spacer in the front just in case but with those widths and offsets they will work without

and its been almost a month since i last got paid, with my cc payments, insurance, car payment, cell phone, etc etc having to spend more on wheels that will just sit around until this gets cleared up is not really beneficial and slows me down even more.
ive sold off most of my high end audio gear to cover and im still coming up short a few areas
