Member BenAnd has successfully retrofitted these lights. Here is a link to member Rootkit's retrofit:

If your car was produced after September 2006, you don't need a new light control module (LCM). Just programming. If produced before, you need a new LCM, and programming.

No matter the year of your car, you need LCI taillights to complete the retrofit. Here is the pdf for retrofitting using the kit:
