really? because I need a new touch since mine was stolen and for a difference of $30 id rather get it new. Used im assuming a risk that its faulty, inoperative, a clone etc etc.

Now Im not saying that yours is, im just saying theres an implied risk with buying used and not being able to buy it in person.
