I have a set of (5) H&R 10mm spacers for sale - E60 M5 fitment (72.56 mm bore). Two are lightly used (less than 200 miles) and the other 3 have about 10K miles on them. All in perfectly good shape with no cracks or bends. I decided to go with a wider set up so I have no use for these anymore. $80/pair ($40/each) shipped anywhere in the continental US. Extended bolts are included in the price if a pair or set of 4 spacers are purchased. Single spacer purchase will not include bolts, but I assume you wouldn't need these if you're replacing a single spacer (as did, hence the reason I have 5). Thanks for your interest.

I beg to differ. Pics of MY06 M5 with 10 mm spacers - very nice offset IMO. Needed a drop here, though (on Eibach's now).
