I will ship anywhere, they are heavy though. For example to ship from Houston to Vegas was $35 for 2 day priority.
They lower the car if you have non-sport E60 1.2 inches, for the sport E60 it will lower it an additional .7 inches. I'm no expert in figuring out if they will rub or not, I would hate to tell you no then they do. My guess is that they don't unless your lower them with the H&R race springs which really drop the car, these are the less aggressive sport version springs.
