You can't/shouldn't add sway bars to an e60 with ARS (dynamic drive) in the US spec sport package. It's not a straight swap.
If you don't have ARS/dynamic drive/sport package e60 then I'd highly recommend adding them if you like taking corners at speed.

If you have a car lift would be an easy DIY but would take a mechanic 1/2 hour
