Hey Technic,
Your products a motivated me to upgrade my current system and would like to know what is best to order from you. I read thru the whole thread, a lot of useful info and just trying to get a good grip on what I need. I have a 10" JL W3 and a W6 lying around, I would like to use on of these. The car is a 2008 528xi non-logic.
What do you recommend if I use this sub, should I still upgrade the under seat subs(if I even have them)? And what would I have to do if I wanted to upgrade the speakers all around? I was looking at your recommendation of the Rainbow speakers. I want to run a decent system, so If you could let me know what I would need and what harness would work for me. Thanks ahead of time.

There are two configurations available to upgrade your OEM HiFi system:
- OEM amp harness/LOC to add an aftermarket amp so a trunk sub or/and the underseat woofers can be powered.
- iDrive and OEM amp 2-harness kit so all your speakers can be powered by at least a 6-channel amp. A summing/de-EQ processor would be required.

I would like to install a 2 channel amp to power a set of underseat Earthquakes-SWS8 and my car has standard EU audio (meaning no amp or amp wires in the boot)
Do you do a harness that goes from the HU to the boot for what I want to do?
I just want the subs powered by the amp and the rest of the midranges/tweeters by the HU.

My Ride: 2007 525xi led ae's, magnaflow exhaust, k&n filter, carbon filter delete, 19" BBS LM-R. Sprint booster, black tails, euro fresh headlight decals.
