Hi all,

$1300 obo - used CKS coil over (retail for $1650). Only installed for about 9 months and in practically new condition. It lowers the car between 1-3" and has 24 dampening settings. After installation you can adjust your dampening with just a few clicks counter-clockwise and you're set to take grandma home in maximum comfort. Or, a few clicks clockwise and you can set a new lap record at the track. Choice is yours and changing your setup takes literally about 1 minute.

My only reason for selling is that I recently sold my car to get something with more room on the inside (new baby coming!)

(pictures to follow soon)

...just a few questions:

Which set-up is this (Street, track or race)?

Any pics on the car?

They are every bit the equivalent of the KW variant 2's. Actually, they were recommended to me over the KW's because they are more adjustable and I didn't want to feel like I was on a cobblestone street everywhere I went (unless I wanted to). It really depends on the set up you can live with. This coilover will let you adjust it to your taste/needs. I purchased them, and had them installed/removed all at Trinity Autosport in Tustin, California. Those guys are top notch professionals and I'm happy I went with these instead of the KW's. It is far more adaptable and dampening can be changed within minutes if you need more comfort to go on a date, or take a long road trip. I'll be posting pics shortly.

Sounds good. I have a 2008 528. Will it fit?

I think they will fit. On the CKS website and Trinity Autosport site they only have two models: 1 for the E60 and one for the E60 M. I'll have to call Trinity later on and find out for sure.

I just spoke to the guys at Trinity Autosport. They confirmed they will work with all e60 models except the 545, 550, and M5. Hit me up if you're still interested! Looks like you'd be able to do a local pickup.
